Biomass briquette fuel
Biomass briquetting fuel is a kind of solid fuel with dense structure and uniform size, which is directly produced by collecting traditional crop straw and waste bamboo and wood chips with low original density and low calorific value per unit volume, through crushing, mixing, drying, extrusion and other processes without adding any auxiliary agent. Its density is about 0.8-1.0 tons/m3, and its calorific value is 3600-4500 kcal/kg. It can realize controllable high efficiency and clean fuel. It is an environment-friendly green fuel.
Advantages of biomass briquette fuel:
- Biomass briquette has low fixed carbon content, high hydrogen, oxygen and volatile content (up to 50%), and is easy to ignite and burn quickly, which can achieve a furnace temperature of about 1000 ° C.
- The content of sulfur and nitrogen in biomass briquette fuel is low, and the emission concentration of SOX and NOX in flue gas is very low, which is conducive to the protection of atmospheric environment. As plants will absorb CO₂ when they grow, it can be called zero emission from the perspective of CO₂ emission.
- The ash content of biomass briquette is relatively low, generally less than 6%, which reduces the emission treatment of ash and smoke, and greatly improves the efficiency and output of industrial furnaces.
- The storage and shipment of biomass briquette fuel are convenient to avoid scattering and dust pollution.
